TOSHIBA PHOTO RELAY Telecommunication Data Acquisition Measurement Instrumentation The Toshiba TLP795G consists of an aluminum gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo-MOSFET in a six lead plastic DIP package.
