| Model SM02932-58LD 290-320 MHz 200 Watt Avg. Power Amplifier FOR DEFENSE COMMUNICATIONS The SM02932-58 is an LDMOS amplifier designed for applications such as defense and satellite communications. The unit operates from 290 to 320 MHz. Average 2 tone performance is +50 dBm per tone, with harmonics and IM products @ <-30 dBc. The amplifier operates from a single supply voltage of +28 VDC and 8.6 Amps of quiescent current.
